Most orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends  and holidays). After receiving your order confirmation email, you will receive  another notification when your order has shipped.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates 

For Expedited Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be  calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Free Simple Flat Rate Shipping: We offer Free flat rate shipping anywhere in  the the Continental U.S. 

We will contact you via text message or the email you provided at checkout to  notify you that your order has shipped and provide tracking information. 

Local Pick Up 

Local pick up is available by appointment. Contact us to arrange a convenient time. 

International Shipping 

We offer international shipping where available. Shipping rates will be  calculated and displayed at checkout out.

How do I check the status of my order? 

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us  including a tracking number you can use to check your order status. Please  allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping  confirmation email, please contact us at with  your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
